About Syrkana.cy: 

The production of zivania in Silikou dates back to the years of the Middle Ages. There is in the community, especially in people of great age, accumulated experience both in the cultivation of the vine and in the production of wine products, such as Koumandaria, wine, raisins and of course zivania.
